THE VISION BOARD
The extraordinary power of visualization.
' If your mind can hold a picture long enough you will manifest that picture in reality ' Bob Proctor
What is a Vision Explorer ?
posters strategically placed around your home
'When you change the way you look at things the things you look at change' A vision board (also called a Treasure Map or a Visual Explorer or Creativity Collage) is typically a poster board on which you paste or collage images that you’ve torn out from various magazines or created using a camera, paint or pencil. It’s simple. The idea behind this is that when you surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live, or where you want to vacation, your life changes to match those images and those desires.
Setting up your own Vision board ?
What is a Vision board?
A Vision board is sometimes referred to as a Passion board or Dream board.
It’s simply a flat surface or board with a selection of pictures displayed on it.
It's a great and fun aid to set up when practicing the Law of Attraction which basically means purposefully focusing on things you want to attract into your life.
The Law of Attraction is in our lives permanently from cradle to grave .
It’s all about how we think and feel and how and what that attracts into our Lives.
The power of your mind and manifesting what you want is increased by focusing on
What you want rather than what you don’t want.
Positive thoughts rather than negative thoughts.
Things that make you feel good rather than feel bad.
For example we’ve all met someone who is always moaning about health problems and never seems to be healthy. This is a common example of the negative and unconscious side of the LOA
The optimist who is always uplifting people and happily having a good time. This is a positive example.
Vision boards help us keep focused on the things we love and appreciate in life. But it actually does far more! If we have specific dreams , ambitions, want to manifest a better life style or develop a more positive feelings, redesign our lives,
The more you focus on what you want to manifest the more likely you will manifest it AND often in magical and surprising ways.

The 3 BIG rules of creative visualization
================================
There are many rules and tips for effective creative visualization, but we believe these 3 are by far the most important:
BIG rule #1: Infuse emotion.
For instance if you're visualizing yourself on holiday in London, picture the smile on your face as you're riding a double decker bus. Feel the crisp breeze blowing through your hair. Hear the chimes of Big Ben.
Make it as real as possible. Have fun with it!
BIG rule #2: Own it.
Visualize that you already possess the object or scenario you want.
If you're visualizing a holiday in London, tell yourself that you already have the flight tickets. If you're visualizing having a barbecue in a huge mansion, picture yourself already owning that mansion.
In doing this you're actually programming your subconscious to make it happen.
BIG rule #3: Be persistent.
Your subconscious needs constant reminders, so visualize your dreams or goals every day. Do it in the morning, do it before bedtime, do it at your lunch break. And don't be too surprised when your life starts changing in amazing ways.
